Happy Wednesday betting friends. We have one heck of a football run coming up.

Thursday - Miami vs. Ole Miss Fiesta Bowl semifinal
Friday - Oregon vs. Indiana Fiesta Bowl semifinal
Saturday - 2 NFL Wild Card games (Rams/Panthers and Packers/Bears)
Sunday - 3 NFL Wild Card games (Bills/Jags, 49ers/Eagles, Chargers/Patriots)
Monday - Texans/Steelers MNF Wild Card game

While we give our NBA play out for free tonight, our CFP preview and NHL plays are all worth an upgrade at the current $99/year plan as you don’t want to miss weekly NFL and CFB week picks this fall. One $99 price (or $9.99/month) will get you every single newsletter unlocked, all our trends and picks and access to me of course.

Make sure you listen to the Betting with Bearman podcast this week as we had former ESPN College GameDay and current Fox Sports betting analyst Chris “The Bear” Fallica on to breakdown the CFP semifinals. His picks are also in the premium section below.

We also take a look at how our Futures portfolio sits as the regular season is over and hit on an NBA and NHL game.

Let’s get to it!

NBA On the Court

With the NFL down to 13 games and CFB down to 3 games left, the NBA will take center stage in the coming months. Why not start with a Magic-Nets game, right?

Orlando Magic (-2, 222.5) at Brooklyn Nets

The stock on the Magic has to be nearing rock bottom. It's been more than a month since they've strung wins together and are on the second night of a back-to-back. This isn't the type of profile I normally target, but this is a unique situation.

Last night was awful. Orlando fell in Washington. That alone is a problem, but considering that they trailed by 26 points and opted to stick with their reserves over their starters in crunch time after the bench closed the gap to two points, it was an ugly showing by all accounts.

But .. it did allow the starters to keep their minutes in check and their secondary options gain some confidence. Could this be a "lose the battle, win the war" situation?

The Nets have had two days off following their win over the Nuggets on Sunday, but that doesn't change the fact that this is the 11th worst defense, the fifth worst offense, and relies on a pair of gunners that are as volatile as any key pieces in the NBA (Cam Thomas and Michael Porter Jr.).

Orlando has covered four-of-six zero rest games this season and I like them to make it five-of-seven. They beat these Nets back in November and while the rosters look a bit different this time around, the fact that Brooklyn scored 62 points over the final three quarters of that first meeting sticks with me and remains within their range of outcomes.

On DraftKings, you can get them moneyline (-125), ATS (-112), or by double figures (+263). My largest position will be on the moneyline, but I'll be exposed in a few creative ways.

Stick around for our Chris “The Bear” Fallica’s picks on the two CFP Semis and more!
