Happy Friday, somehow in May already! You know it’s spring when the Kentucky Derby is here and the NFL Draft is in the rearview mirror.

Today, we have a full newsletter of NBA, NHL, College baseball, and golf, as well as multiple podcasts, and a Derby preview.

While we give our a free NBA Friday pick, as well as a great trend from our friends at TrendsCenter, for FREE, make sure to upgrade at the current $99/year plan as you don’t want to miss full rest of NBA, our top NHL play, college baseball and golf cards and weekly NFL and CFB week picks in the fall. One $99 price (or $9.99/month) will get you every single newsletter unlocked, all our trends and picks and access to me of course. All the picks you see above were in that premium part.

Also make sure you listen to the weekly Betting with Bearman podcast. We had two this week, one with Betting with Bearman OG Kyle Soppe on the Doral PGA Event and NBA postseason, and one with Dubbs Anderson to preview the 152nd Kentucky Derby.

If you haven’t seen it yet, I joined the expert ranks over at SportsLine as a talent! You’ll see me on the Early Edge weekly with some picks, as well as contributing to their site and Discord every day, with the link right here. Make sure to sign up and check that out for even more daily betting content, and a great Discord to be in.

Let me tell you about our new friends at Ungambled. “Ungambled is an app that teaches you how to profit from sportsbook bonuses and promotional offers — legally, systematically, no matter who wins the game.”

We have been doing well with these lately, so let’s keep the momentum going. Heading to the Rockets-Lakers game tonight, where the Lakers lead 3-2 and play Game 6 on the road.

Teams that were up 3-0 and lost the next two games and hit road for Game 6? They’ve covered in six straight since 2002.

This trend applies to the Lakers +3.5 tonight.

  • Back road playoff in Game 6, who is leading series

  • Team lost previous two games (which means they were up 3-0)

  • It’s 6-0 ATS since 2002, with ‘23 Heat being latest example vs. Celtics. Heat covered +2 as Celtics won on buzzer-beating tip in.

    Lakers +3.5

NBA Nears End of First Round

We have a nice slate of three NBA games tonight, with the Lakers, Magic, and Cavs all looking to close out their series.

Cleveland Cavs (-4.5, 218.5) at Toronto Raptors - Game 6 (Cavs lead 3-2)

James Harden o2.5 3's made (-135)

  • Harden has has 3+ threes made in four of the five games in the series, averaging 3.2 a game. He's throwing it up there an average of 7.8 attempts a game over the five games.

  • Going further back to April 1, Harden had 3+ made threes in 7 of his last 9 games, with the only other miss being the final game of the regular season, when he only played 25 minutes in a game that meant nothing to the Cavs.

Harden scores from deep when he generates isolation looks, which is Toronto's weakness (21st in the league).

Don’t go away! We have more NBA, NHL top play, college baseball, Kentucky Derby coverage, and full golf card, nuggets, and much more
