We are off and running for Week 2 of the NFL and Week 3 of college football. The Packers looked legit last night vs. the Commanders, and we nailed the -3 and came oh so close to the Same Game Parlay win. More on that in the “Oh No, That Didn’t Happen” section later in the newsletter.
Betting with Bearman has you covered for a full football slate this weekend, even with a play off a game Friday night.
Make sure you listen to the Betting with Bearman podcast this week as we have the NFL and CFB covered from head to toe with a special guest, VSiN’s Tim Murray, who hosts VSiN Live night show as well as VSiN’s CFB Tailgate
Also, upgrade at the current $99/year plan as you don’t want to miss weekly NFL and CFB week picks in the fall. One $99 price (or $9.99/month) will get you every single newsletter unlocked, all our trends and picks and access to me of course.

NFL Week 2 Action
Week 2 is underway with the Packers dominating the Commanders in Green Bay last night. While we don’t have a Friday night game in Brazil to bet tonight, we have 13 games Sunday and 2 on Monday this week. Let’s dive in to our top games, which went 4-0-1 last week and already 1-0 this week!
NFL Main Side/Total Plays (including primetime games): 5-0-1
- Sides: 3-0-1
- Totals: 2-0
Main Props (including primetime games): 3-4
Denver Broncos (-1.5, 43.5) at Indianapolis Colts
If you watched the Broncos on Sunday, the strong defense, holding no. 1 pick Cam Ward to 4 FGs, was not surprising. In fact, it went according to script from what we said in the column. However, the offense looked awful and cost us what should’ve been an easy cover and made us sweat out the survivor play.
On the other side, with all due respect to the perfect game Daniel Jones and coach Shane Steichen pitched on Sunday, the Dolphins defense is that bad and was unprepared. The Broncos are neither. The Broncos defense was no. 1 in the NFL last season in EPA per play and got off to a good start last week, holding Tennessee to 7 first downs and recording 6 sacks.
To me this is too high and should be in the high 30s and a slight overreaction to what the Colts did on Sunday to Miami.
Under 43.5 (I made this bet Monday in our Early Look)
