We are already at Week 3 of the NFL season and Week 4 of the CFB season. The Dolphins and Bills kicked us off last night with a closer than expected game. What will the weekend bring us?

We almost hit at +450 SGP last night to start the week off correctly but missed by ONE yard on Achane’s receiving yards. More on that in the Bad Beat section below.

We have many NFL and CFB picks on the card this week, so make sure you stick around after the free section for the entire card.

Make sure you listen to the Betting with Bearman podcast this week as we have the NFL Week 3 covered head to toe with a special guest, Chad Millman of the Sharp or Square podcast and formerly of ESPN and The Action Network.

Also, upgrade at the current $99/year plan as you don’t want to miss weekly NFL and CFB week picks in the fall. One $99 price (or $9.99/month) will get you every single newsletter unlocked, all our trends and picks and access to me of course.

We will dive into the slate next, but here is a quick snap shot of the NFL so far through last night.

NFL Week 3 Action

After a stellar Week 1 in the NFL, we broke even in Week 2 with much success on props and a Monday night Same Game Parlay hit.

NFL Main Side/Total Plays (including primetime games): 6-4-1
- Sides: 4-2-1 (includes Buffalo loss last night)
- Totals: 2-2
Main Props (including primetime games): 10-6 (7-2 last week)

Let’s take a look at what we like this week. The first pick is in the free section of the newsletter and the rest in the premium section, along with all the props:

Denver Broncos vs. LA Chargers (-2.5, 46.5)

The Chargers defense has been one of the more impressive units of the season through two weeks, ranked 7th in total defense and 3rd in scoring defense. This includes holding Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs at bay and then totally shutting down the Raiders on Monday Night Football.

The Broncos ended last year with the top defense in the league and didn’t disappoint in Week 1 vs. the Titans, holding them to four field goals. After having a bad first half against the resurgent Danny Dimes, the Broncos shut down the Colts offense in the second half to give their team a chance to win (one they would’ve had if not for the penalty on Colts GW FG miss).

The Broncos offense is still having issues, gaining less than 350 yards of offense in both games.

Taking out the Week 16 Thursday night shootout these two teams had last year, the previous three meetings between Denver and LA totaled 39, 25 and 31, none of which were near the 46.5. We are on the under here in the Broncos game for the third straight week (1-1 so far).
Under 46.5
